Hadiya Transportation runs taxi and car-with-driver services across western Saudi Arabia — Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, and the routes between them. This page is the overview of everything we handle, how each service actually works, and where to go for full routes, fares, and vehicle details.

One thing worth knowing upfront: our services often overlap on a single booking. A pickup from Jeddah airport to Makkah, then Ziyarat tours over the next few days, is really one Umrah taxi booking — not three separate ones. Part of what we do is reading the trip correctly and arranging it as one coordinated service rather than a series of disconnected rides. Our Services

Umrah Taxi Service

The service most pilgrim journeys fall under. When a booking is a Jeddah airport pickup to Makkah, then hotel and holy-site travel, then Ziyarat tours across the stay, we handle it as one Umrah taxi arrangement — the same driver and coordination across the whole visit, rather than rebooking each leg.

Jeddah Airport Taxi

Transfers to and from King Abdulaziz International Airport. These split into two kinds: direct one-way pickups — often taken on the spot, since a large part of our fleet is stationed at the airport and arriving passengers hire a vehicle straight from the terminal — and pre-arranged pickups booked ahead with flight tracking and a chosen vehicle.

Passenger Van Rental With Driver

Our 7-seat Staria and 14-seat Hiace with a driver, for groups moving together across a multi-stop plan. When a booking is something like seven people arriving in Jeddah, then on to Madinah, meeting others, then a tour — one vehicle and one driver held across the whole itinerary — that’s a van rental, not a set of separate transfers.

 

Jeddah To Makkah Taxi

The most common single-leg booking we take — usually a direct airport-to-hotel run. When it extends into hotels and holy sites afterward, it becomes part of a full Umrah arrangement instead.

Makkah To Madinah Taxi

Booked either as a standalone intercity transfer or as one leg inside a longer pilgrim journey — the same route, arranged differently depending on whether the rest of the stay needs transport.

Makkah & Madinah Ziyarat Tours

An hourly or full-day booking rather than a point-to-point ride — the driver stays with you across stops, which is why it’s arranged as a held vehicle, not a single transfer.

How Bookings Actually Work

There are two ways people book with us, and they work differently.

On-the-spot, direct

For a straightforward airport pickup or a single one-way ride, many passengers don’t book ahead at all — with a large part of our fleet stationed at King Abdulaziz International Airport, arriving travelers hire a vehicle directly at the terminal and go. It’s immediate, one-way, and priced on the spot.

 

Planned and arranged in advance

Anything with more than one leg — a multi-day Umrah journey, a group itinerary across cities, or a specific vehicle chosen ahead of time — is arranged before travel by call, email, or the website. These bookings are where the details are settled up front: the exact vehicle, the fare, what’s included, the pickup timing, and any stops along the way. Most travelers on a planned trip book one to five days ahead so their preferred vehicle is secured, and everything is confirmed before the journey begins.

 

Knowing which kind of booking you need helps us arrange it faster — a single transfer can be confirmed in minutes, while a multi-day plan is set up with the full itinerary agreed in advance.

Our services run across the western Saudi corridor, dispatched from five branches so the nearest vehicle handles your booking:

  • Jeddah — our main base and busiest hub, covering King Abdulaziz International Airport, city travel, and departures toward Makkah, Madinah, and Taif.
  • Makkah — hotel and Haram-area transfers, Ziyarat, and onward travel to Madinah and Taif.
  • Madinah — Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport pickups, hotel transfers, and holy-site visits.
  • Taif — Taif International Airport arrivals and mountain-route travel.

Every service on this page is available across these locations, though specific vehicles and same-day availability vary by branch and season. Matching the Service to Your Trip

Because services overlap, it helps to think by trip rather than by label:

  • Landing at Jeddah airport, heading to Makkah → Jeddah to Makkah taxi, or the full Umrah service if the rest of your stay needs transport too.
  • A full Umrah journey — airport, hotels, holy sites, Ziyarat → handled as one Umrah taxi arrangement.
  • A group of 7 to 14 moving across a multi-stop plan → passenger van rental, one vehicle and driver held across the itinerary.
  • A single ride between two cities → the relevant route transfer.
  • A vehicle and driver kept for the day or several days → any service can be booked as a planned car-with-driver hire.

Planning Around the Umrah and Hajj Seasons

Most of our services see their heaviest demand during Ramadan, the Hajj season, and the October-to-March travel period. During these peaks, two things matter for any booking:

  • Vehicle availability tightens — specific vehicles like the Lexus and GMC fill first, so a planned trip booked a few days ahead secures both the vehicle and the fare before seasonal pressure sets in.
  • Airport timing shifts — immigration and arrival waits run longer during peak pilgrim arrivals, which is why pre-arranged airport pickups with flight tracking matter more in these periods than at quieter times of year.

Outside peak season, most services — including same-day airport pickups and short-notice transfers — are confirmed quickly with fewer availability constraints. If you’re travelling during a peak, booking ahead is the single thing that makes the trip smoother.

Fares are fixed and confirmed before the trip, based on the route, vehicle, and passenger count. For planned bookings, the full fare and what’s included are agreed up front; for direct airport hires, the fare is set on the spot before you travel.
